I have lived at the landing going on 3 years now. I have seen many positive changes taking place over the past year. They now have a security company that patrols all of the time (and tickets), the property looks clean, and the staff is pretty helpful. Parking is not abundant, but since they have gone to windsheild permits and the visitors have their own parking lot it's not that big of a deal. I was confused by one of the reviews that said they don't have a fitness center and sauna, I used both just yesterday-weird (sounds like some one is mad, and just making things up). Anyway, quiet place, cool neighbors, good staff. I would recommend it.

If this isn't a staff employee posing as a tennant to boost the overall rating, I don't know what is.

How much are they paying you? There are parking spaces for your visitors that can be located several buildings away from your apartment in an area used by prostitutes and drug dealers. Lets not forget that criminals both on and off the property use the visitors parking lot to run away with your stuff after they have broken into your apartment. I will not "personally" insult the staff. We will rather say that there is a lot to be desired. Mainly "sincere" appreciation and overalll safety and concern for the tenants. For the record NONE OF US HAVE any reason to make this stuff up. We are all in good standing and moved here for the affordability. However, the rates have increased ridicuously and we are All moving out. Thank God!
