I have lived there for 2 years and was tricked into the 2nd lease. My car was stole, my apt broken into and my apt flooded 6 times. They promised me a new apt when I renewed my lease to compensate the flooding. Once I renewed my lease they wanted me to pay an additional 200.00 to transfer to the new apt.
