The maintenance man is nice, but the people he works for are slums. They will not fix problems that are against health codes. Horrible.

You like the maintenance man even though he doesn't fix anything. This review unfortunately doesn't make sense. If you have a health code violation, then call the health dept! :)

I agree with the writer of this post. Just because things don't get fixed does not mean that the person is not nice.
