Well if you like paying your rent on time for two years, and then all of a sudden you have to requalify with a new company and move out. That's right! After 2 years, I did not meet their requirements, but I had paid my rent on time for 2 years and was still forced to move. Cornerstone mgmt. did not care about my past payments b/c they were looking for a certain profile, maybe a specific race is what I think! Horrible racist office staff who sits on their butts and kicks people out needed, Please apply at Lawyers Ridge b/c they don't have enough NASTY people willing to do such things to honest people! And the apts are overpriced for the stanky service you will receive from the asst manager!!

Oh wow...that is horrible. I have heard ALL of Cornerstone properties are like that. They have the snootiest office staff, and they aren't real knowledgable about what they are doing.
