Lawyer Ridge Apartments

It's your choice From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/21/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've lived at Lawyers Ridge since August of 2004 and I've had my ups and downs. The office staff in the beginning (Sarah) was wonderful; she's a great person and is there for you. She had left for a while and the staff was rude and just awful. However, Sarah is back now so I have no complaints with the staff. The apartments are very updated and nice but they are entirely too small for the money you pay. The kitchen has maybe 1.5 feet of counterspace and you have no real cabinets to put everything in. My bathroom only has a shower and for all the ladies, you're better off to shave outside of the shower. Just pray that you don't drop your soap cause if you do bend over, the shower handle will be up your butt. Hope that you do not have a lot of big furniture items or need storage cause it's not here. The grounds are very nice and the parking lot is kept pretty well. I stopped feeling safe here when cars started being broken into but I really started being terrified when my husbands car got broken into. I called the staff who said that they have a security officer but I have never seen him. He must be getting free rent without doing his job because after a closer look at the car we saw that the thieves took their time. They not only went through all of our belongings but proceeded to steal parts from the interior and pop the hood to try to steal the car ( thank god the battery was dead). How does a security officer not see all of that' Other than that, there are a few people with loud noise but they do keep that under control well. In my opinion, it's your choice. I don't think it's worth the amount of money you spend on the space.
