I would recommend this apartment complex to quiet people. If you are looking for the "party" neighborhood Citiside is not it. I have to say that I am so glad for it also. Once in a while a "louder" would move in, and the complaints and sideway stares begin. Within 6months they are gone. Whew! This is a very diverse community, which I also like. The one thing we have in common is that we like to keep to ourselves and say hi and bye in passing. The location is number one for me. Ten minutes from uptown and University. We have a shopping center right in front of the community, great for those last minute runs for sour cream or washing detergent. I personally detest going into a busy grocery store, but the convience you can't beat. The apartment grounds look great. Green grass, beautiful trees line the side walks and lamp post every twelve feet. Staff' Well, they are alright. I guess as long as I pay my rent on time, they will be sweet as pie. Maintenace' Very good turn around, we are still trying to keep my apartment at 65 degrees in the summer time. Crime' Yes, but who doesn't. I am not scared to live here nor walk around at night. Come and be my neighbor, only if you don't need constant attention.
