Um Hmm From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Why does everyone fail to say this complex is in the inner city with poor schools and crime. I have lived in Charlotte for years. Noone in East Charlotte where this place is located is friendly and I wouldn't call it safe. I knew someone who lived here. Said they wanted to give it a try, but found it was full of gnats, bugs, trash, cracks in the wall, cheap building materials and rude no class neighbors. Rent at your own risk.
