I have lived in Citiside (back in the townhomes) for almost three years now. When I first moved in, I had fantastic neighbors and my particular section of the neighborhood was very quiet. However, over the past year I have seen and heard cop cars at all hours of the night, extremely LOUD car stereos into the early morning hours and most recently Citiside has made the news (criminal activity) on a monthly basis. Most of my neighbors have left due to the criminal activity. A couple of weeks ago I was awoken by cops busting down the door to the empty townhome next to me due to a suspect living/sleeping in the empty townhome. Over the past few weeks I have gone through at least 4 police checks at the entrance to the commnunity looking for yet another criminal. Most of the neighborhood kids throw trash everywhere and are running around the neighborhood late at night being very loud, with no parents in sight attempting to provide discipline.
The trash bins are extremely nasty with trash littering everywhere except inside the bins. There are also at least 10 feral cats living in, under or near the trash bins.
I do not recommend this neighborhood if safety is high on your priority list. I am moving out in the next couple of weeks.

I really wish that this review was for Citiside Townhomes and not the Links at Citiside. This is bringing the review down for the apartments and not for the townhomes where the issues are actually originating.
