| Do not move into Magnolia Station. The maintenance is terrible, the management doesn't care about anything except filling the empty apartments. The grounds are littered with trash. The maintenance workers drive around in golf carts and throw their cigarette butts ... more | ||||||||||||

| please don't move here......maintenance sucks, There is a well known mold/mildew problem here, to the point where tenants had to move out.....the pool becomes a heaven for drunks, loud music, smoking(not regular cigarrets) and kids have to see all this ... more | ||||||||||||
