OK From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   It is nice and new, but if you are looking for a place with young professionals, this is not it. 90% college kids. With that you get often loud neighbors or in the case of other tenants, frat parties 4 days a week. Safety has not been an issue yet. If you are the typical college kid, this place is nice. If other than that, pass on it. Nothing special.
