Mallard Glen

Nice Place From: Rene2KG Date posted: 1/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 photo   I have lived at Mallard Glen for almost a year and have had no big problems. My apartment was new when I moved in, everything was nice and clean. Although some of the craftsmanship was poor, its still great for the price. I feel safe walking at night to get my mail, the residents are friendly. I have also never had a problem with my car being broken in to. On several occasions I have even left my camera or purse on the seat of my car and have never been broken in to. I live in the back, which I would suggest for anyone moving here, its much more quite and less crowded that the front. The office staff is ok, I don't really need them for anything except for maintenance issues. The walls are a bit thin, but its not to bad. I am a college student and can appreciate an apartment close to campus that isn't overloaded with drunk college students and loud parties.
