Management has always been fair. Safety has never been an issue. You just have to have common sense. Right next to campus, so an easy walk to classes. Free parking. Very reasonable prices. It's not a party place; fairly quiet. I've never had any problems with my neighbors. The buildings are in great condition. The posting from November 3rd is totally exaggerated. Management would never allow that. Definitely don't base your decision on that review!
