Been here 2 years, the rent is cheap, and its close to campus which is great if you're a student. Had a few maintenance issues, most of which were taken care of promptly, but one leak has been "fixed" 4 times and still leaks. Also, the management tends to work loose hours, and has delayed delivery of a few packages, as well as losing a few. Also, whoever the mail carrier is here is a moron. But hey, its cheap! Good solution for students not wanting to park on campus.
