| | I was originally attracted to Mallard Green because of the closeness to campus. It's about a 7 minute walk to buildings on that side of campus (Burson, McEniry, etc) so it's not bad at all. Office staff was very nice ... more |

| | Cheap rent, huge place, convenient to UNCC no need to pay parking on campus, quiet. Appliences are outdated if you cook at home and maintenance is great, they always fixed evrything promptly. |
