We lived by the pool and there was constant noise throughout the summer very late into the evening, up to 4 am. Several complaints were made to the complex manager, but she did absolutly nothing. Only after talking with the Vice President of Operations was the problem taken care of, plus he gave me $200 of rent. So if you have a problem, bypass the apartment and go directly to the company that ownes the apartment. Plus we could hear everthing our upstairs neighbors did and I mean everything.
