Best Value in South Charlotte From: christycorbin Date posted: 1/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived in my apartment for 7 months now and have been extremely satisfied with my choice. I've lived in other cities and in other apartment communities and the Marquis at Carmel Commons has been my best experience yet. I never hear my neighbors. And when I see them they are nice. If I have ever needed any maintenance repairs, they are always on top of things. The staff at the office was very helpful with my whirlwind relocation. The location is perfect. It's close to shopping and tons of places to eat and the traffic is excellent compared to most other parts of the city. I have friends at other apartment communities in the area and I think the Marquis at Carmel Commons is the best!
