I've lived here for a couple of years now and have been satisfied overall. I've had very few maintenance issues, but they are always handled quickly when I have. The office staff are great and are very courteous. I have the attached garage and a very spacious 2 bedroom and like the overall layout. It has a huge balcony as well. I used to have very loud neighbors upstairs but they have moved now and it's a lot better. Only reason I'm moving is to get a little closer to uptown.

Are there young people that live there ie recent college grads? also what is there to do around that part of charlotte?
