Wouldn't Recommend due to Cost From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2007   I lived there for four years. I enjoyed my apartment although up and downstairs neightbors could be noisy at times. My complaint deals with the raising of rent each year, the inflexibility with having to break a lease, and then the ridiculous charges that come with the walk-through inspection. Be prepared to shell it out to this place - they pretty much rob you. Good luck!
