I lived here for 4 months and am taken back with the overall attitude of the front desk staff. They make no acknowledgment of people. They have a look on their face of pure boredom at work - thats a damn shame!!!

The apartment complex is nicely well kept during the week; on the week-ends, its a different story. The maintenance staff is friendly and should train the front desk people on customer service.

The apartment is nice! When we moved in everything was absolutely spotless- new carpet, freshly painted and the kitchen looked brand new. The bedroom sizes are decent, however, the living room is small. We had to place our loveseat in the master bedroom 'cause the fireplace took a chuck of space. The bathrooms are fine except for that stupid carpet who is the Einstein who thought of that!

The pool area is OK. The Gym is small and lacks adequate equipment to serve as any type of fitness. Thank goodness that Bally Total Fitness is just a mile away!

I heard from others that the noise level in the apartment can be unbearable. I am fortunate that my neighbors are pretty quite for now.

Entering the complex from Pine-Matthews Road is breeze but exiting on to 51 south is a ----- cause of all that on-coming traffic.

The really good thing about this apartment complex is its accessibility to every thing.
