The Marquis is great. My apartment is by far the pretties one I have ever rented. I have a island kitchen and a two car garage. Unbelieveable. The girls in the office are always professional and nice. Steve and Michael in maintenance are super too. Jimmy, the guy who cleans the community, always gives my dog treats. I really can't think of a better living experience. I feel like I have find new friends here and the staff has gone above and beyond in making me feel welcomed. Too bad, CWS doesn't have any communities in Los Angeles. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
