Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Floorplans are nice. Noise from outside of apartments (neighbors, etc.) was quite noticeable. The community supposedly has a noise ordinance but it is not enforced... at all. The office staff did what they had to do and no more. The property manager was the exception, she was always friendly and helpful.
