I lived here for one year. Very nice apartments. Loved it. A couple of negative things. The management gives the impression that they don't care to lose a good tenant. I paid rent on time every month. When lease was over they jack up the rent close to market value. But offer better deals to new tenants. High turnover'! Parking is a nightmare here too and nothing ever done. I would recommend only if you plan on moving the year after or paying $150.00- $250 more a month on your next lease with them. Management not so good either,,especially Charlene (manager)
