Nice apartment layouts and the grounds are overall rather pleasant. But, that is the only compliment I can give! This place is run by monkey's. They move you in at a decent price and then once the lease is up then they jack the rent up to their so called "market value." Who determines what the market value should be' Of course they tell you up front that their is never a drastic rent increase. So what happens' People move out each year. With high turnover the apartments get trashed alot faster. Any idiot could tell you it would be far more profitable to keep residents then to let them go and make no income on a vacant apartment, plus pay someone to "clean" and paint the place. Instead of rewarding tenants for loyalty they send you packing. No other apartment community will raise your rent by over $150 a month. The staff is rude and not willing to help. It took forever to get maintenance staff to fix repairs (probably at the fault of the office staff not following through). Be prepared to clean your apartment before you move in!! And if you like living near alot of loud rednecks with no consideration of their neighbors then this would be the place for you. Expect kids to sneak into the pool all summer long and keep you awake at 3am. Then complain to the staff and watch them take no action. Sure you can call the officer on call but don't expect him to show up and chase the kids out. Overall save your money and sanity and never live here. Be warned!
