As others have stated the management woos you in and then you find out that the place sucks. Noisy noisy noisy. I have lived in other appartments in Charlotte and I have NEVER heard so much noise. The wall are thin because of cheap construction not because of a warm climate, WAKE UP. People let their dog crap on the side walk, neighbors play loud music, and TV's. And lets not forget the loud ghetto souped up car engines. Stay away from this place. There are people moving out every day and more suckers moving in. This is like an over priced motel living here. I am only six months into my lease and I already want to move out. Needless to say I will not be renewing. Oh and about half of the security lights are burned out.
