Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The apartments are nice enough, but the walls & insulation are thin, and noise can be a problem. The parking situation and the management need some serious help here. The parking lots are always packed, and on spring/summer weekends, moving vans will almost always block you in (there's no place else for them to go but behind your garage or parked vehicle). The management is not proactive to rememdy situations.
