My Master bedroom faces the parking lot...........If there is anything going on - just ask me I know ALL about it. I don't think there is any insulation in the Master Bedroom - there is a definate temperature difference between the living areas and the Master. I don't think there is much seperating me from the upsairs apartment either. I can hear EVERY move they make, when they shower, when they flush etc. On the flip side, the floorplan is very nice. The location is great....so I guess you really need to weigh what is important, but be careful and select the lease term that is right for you. Another good thing I have always felt safe here, that is a great thing. I have a garage so parking is not an issue for me - however I certainly hear what an issue it is for everyone who doesn't have a garage.
The management is okay. I have not had a bad experience.

Glad to see the note about temp difference between bedroom and living area. I wasn't sure if it was just me! Great complex but i'm lucky that i've got ample parking where i'm at. People just have a tendency to blast their sterios when washing their cars and i'm right by the car wash. Rent is decent compared to other places nearby. Good location
