I recently moved to Charlotte from the Midwest. I found the southern side of Charlotte to be one of the nicest and safest of all the areas of town.
After an extensive search, The Marquis of Carmel Valley offered the best floorplan and overall value for us.
My wife and I have been very happy with our new home and neighbors that quickly became friends.
I have lived in three other cities in three other apartments. None compare to the management, quality and value of the Marquis.
