Great place to live, great office staff

I am almost 40 and sold a house and moved in here 1.5 years ago. My house was only 4 years old and I lived in apartment complexes in 3 different states since I was 17, so I have a lot of years in apartments, I am not a "first timer" in renting. I moved into the Marquis at the recommendation of 2 different friends who lived here and they didn't know each other. They love it here and they are still here as well. The office staff is FAB! Every single request I have ever had was met and exceeded like the speed of light. I have many packages delivered, no problems whatsoever. They are always nice, polite and full of smiles. The grounds stay clean and attractive. I live on the 2nd floor and I do hear the people above me from time to time, but not like I did in a 2000/month high end condo highrise in another metro area I lived. If you do not live on the top floor, it is normal to hear people above you from time to time no matter where you live if the location was built after 1980. They actually do care about the people who live here as some of the staff live here too so any troublesome residents that are creating an environment that is not easy to live around will be handled accordingly. I am a single female and feel perfectly safe here at any time of day or in any location on the grounds. If I had to pick a negative, the ONLY thing I can think of is there are enough parking spaces for the residents, but if there are a lot of visitors on the weekends, they are out of spaces. I have a garage, so it doesn't really affect me, but I have noticed it. I highly recommend this place!
