This is a nice enough place. The location is great. The landscaping is well kept, almost too well kept(you hear mowers and blowers almost every day). The apartments are nicely laid out and they have nice tall ceilings and up to date styling because the apartments are fairly new. My 1 bed/1 bath is pretty big considering and I have no quarrels with the staff. They have always been pleasant and helpful.

HOWEVER, the amount of dogs in this community is ridiculous. There are no size restrictions, so if your neighbor has a large dog you WILL hear it bark thru the thin walls. Even with all your windows closed(Trust me I know). I like dogs, but in an apartment complex' I have not found one yet that does not allow dogs, but when I do I will move in there.
Hope you can deal with annoying dogs, thin walls and horrible parking. Other than that, this really is a nice place. But those are things you can't seem to avoid in Charlotte, so this is probably the best for the price.
