I recently moved to the Marquis of Carmel and Beth was the person I dealt with. She was very nice. I had first read this review before I went to the Marquis, but after meeting Beth I realized this is just a bitter person who should have acted faster in order to secure the deal they were offered. After meeting Beth I told her about this review and she didn't even know it existed. She was really professional and replied with unfortunately we can not make everyone happy, but she couldn't understand how a person who had never lived at the community could possibly review the community. I second her comment and agree one shouldn't review something they haven't tried! When reading that comment please disregard it. Beth and the rest of the Marquis staff is excellent! I would recommend this place to everyone.

Dear Author,
I have no doubt that Beth was nice to you and your experience has been very pleasant. However, people have personalities and just because Beth was friendly to you does not mean that she treats everyone who interacts with her in the same manner. I am not out to get Beth or anyone else. I don't know anything about Beth beyond the facts that I stated without adding salt and pepper to my posted review. I made sure I was not bias in my review and just stuck to the facts. It is unfair for you to suggest to the readers they discard my review. I respect your opinion and ask you to respect mine even though it contradicts yours. For the record, I like the apartment complex and thought that the property manager was nice to me. I am not bitter at Beth. We all have pleasant and unpleasant experiences. Unfortunately, the experience I had in dealing with Beth as a prospective resident was unpleasant because of the facts I listed in my review. Anyway, it is what it is. I am happy where I live now and I am happy for you that you moved to the Marquis at Carmel Valley. Best of luck.
