My wife and I moved here in August 07. The area is a nightmare with all the traffic, that seems to be the problem in south Charlotte. The complex seems to be safe and there are plenty of dogs around. This is one of the few apartments that accept most large dogs. The apartment is ok, it is a one bedroom with an attached garage. The bathroom is not big enough for the both of us to get ready in the morning. The kitchen is ok, the stove is outdated and cheap, there could be more counter space. I think this aprtment would be great for one person. When we moved in, we didn't expect to be here past 9 months. We signed a 9 month lease for 780 a month. When we found out we needed to stay longer, they really get you for going over your inital lease. So, now we are paying 865 and that is way to much for what the aprtment is. If your looking to move in here the office always talks about market value, which is crap. Everyone I know here pays a different price, some paying a lot less. Most are paying between 600 and 800. You should be able to negotiate the price, especially if you are not getting a garage. The pet deposit is 300 and if you pay 1,000 you get it all back when you leave. The construction is definately cheap.
