In my opinion Marquis at Carmel Valley is VERY overpriced. My apartment has VERY worn carpet, the kitchen and bathroom linoleum are worn. I live on the 3 floor and my windows have not been cleaned in the 3 years I have lived there. These windows do not tilt in for cleaning. Also since I have on the 3rd floor, I have several water spots where rain has soaked through and the management has not done anything to correct. Parking is horrible. There is no assigned parking and if you come in lat (after 7:00pm) you will not find a parking spot near the building you live in. I have had to part 4 buildings over. When complaining about this problem I have been told "there is 1.5 parking spots per car". Where do you park a half car' Most residents have 2 cars not to mention there is no parking if you have conmpany.
