If you dont mind listening to your neighbors above you and around you, dogs barking, lawn service at 7am than you might love the place. Oh I forgot and your car being broken into, just to let you know The Marquis can't be held accountable.

Why would they be accountable? I still can't figure this one out when I hear it. Did they have an addendum in your lease where they officially took responsibility for your personal property? Of course they're not accountable, moron, your local POLICE is accountable. They're the ones appointed to stop crime. If someone breaks into your vehicle in the Target parking lot, you would then go after target simply because you left your car in a lot they provide for your convenience? The stupidity astounds me.

And to make it more known. We should hold the people accountable who commit these crimes, not the people who do what they can to prevent them. I am sure the management was not happy to hear of your vehicle being broken into and the police can only be so many places at a time so it's not their fault either.
