Getting better all the time

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I have lived here since 2002 and have seen both the good and the bad. However, there has been a recent change in staff and the quality of service has improved immeasurably.
The grounds are immaculate and the service is always prompt and professional. Melissa, the manager, and the rest of the staff are just the nicest people I have ever dealt with during my residency.
