I have seen a lot of people come and go over the time I have lived here and it has wen to the bottom of the pits very fast. The people that they have allowed to move in are section 8 , ghetto, or non english speaking people. And not to mention the lack of respect for other people and their property.

On any given weekend the trash dumpster is overflowing and mice are all around it.

The management has allowed a resident to strike a maint. person ......which is not a good thing as the employee was one of the best they had . as he quit.

The same latch key kids cause problems all the time nothings ever done. we get the reply "we are taking care of it" ok its been 10 months how lonng does it take'

Parking is a JOKE i have to park a distance from my apt.

The gates are always broken. The cameras they have on them is a joke......

and as another resident stated people have moved in after me and paying a min.of $100.00 or more less than I.

we have several known drug dealers that run their business here and no one seems to care.

I feel if we are going to live in the ghetto our rent should bbe adjusted as so!
