I've lived here almost 4 months and haven't had any trouble at all. I wasn't sure of the neighborhood, so I signed a 6-month lease. I am pleasantly surprised because the neighbors aren't annoying, and everything in the apartment works and is in good condition. We are paying the same amount for a large 2BR 2BA (plus a sunroom) here as we would for a tiny studio in some other areas. It's not a glamorous new neighborhood with floral landscaping and expensive cars everywhere, but it is clean and quiet, the buildings are kept up, and the neighbors are polite and hard-working. I didn't even know they accepted Section 8 here until I read the last review.
