I moved into "Dominion Crown Point" Now Matthews Crossing in August 2006. My apt was redone over. It is beautiful,or at least it is externally. On Christmas Day I had two major water leaks burst in the outside storage closet. I called the emergency maintenance number 6 times. The busted pipes ceased the flow of heat and hot water which made the apt illegal. (no heat or hot water is illegal) They NEVER got the emergency message (so I found out the following morning because I saw the Maintenance supervisor picking up garbage when I was walking my dogs) because the morons in the office never turned on the emergency service button for a live operator. So they said.I heard NO apologies for the inconvenience.
Then the following day my ceiling leaked steam from all four corners . The water came down in torrents and now I have to sleep on an air mattress in the living room until they decide to fix it Apologies ' None breaking my lease (' waiting for the office manager to tell me I can
DON"T move in!! Pipings is old and faulty in the entire complex. They said they are fixing it 2 January. yeah Right.ook elsewhere . Iy's a shame the apt are being remodeled and they are leovely but it's what's in the walls that matters!!I;m moving back to New York .

The management team should be investigated by the state for neglience & sued by the tenants for not fullfilling their contractural obligations.
