I HAVE ONLY BEEN A RESIDENT FOR 3MOS AND I WISH THAT I HAD INVESTIGATED AT MIN READ THE OPINIONS THAT ARE POSTED ONLINE. TO START THE STAFF IN THE LEASING OFFICE ARE LIARS, THEY WILL SAY AND DO ANYTHING TO GET YOU MOVED IN. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND UNCONCERNED REGARDING ANY ISSUES YOU MAY HAVE CONCERNING YOUR APT. I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS GETTING A REFURBISHED APT NES APPLIANCES (LIE), NEW FLOORING IN KITCHEN AND BATHS (LIE, NEW FIXTURES (LIE). as a matter of fact they had done nothing to this apt before i moved in. the first time that i walked into the apt the first things that i noticed was the filthy carpet (i did'nt even want to walk on it with my shoes on), the next was the dirty walls. i don't know of any apt complex that does'nt paint before renting at minimum. well it has been nothing but problems since it took them weeks to replace the carpet, and paint inwhich the paint job was very shabby as well cheap watered down paint, you can still see stains on the walls. i had a fire in the oven the first time i used it because someone left paper and plastic in the oven had call fire dept. maintence crew should not be allowed to even use the title that how insufficient they are. and last thye will enter your apt without your knowledge or permission whenever they want, will even give outside contractors the key and your alarm code to gaim access again without your knowledge. and speaking of security there is no gated community the gates have not been operable in months but they will tell you that there repairing/replacing them in the near future still waiting have'nt seen anyone working on the gates since i've been here. my advice to anyone considering leasing an apt here is for gods sake and your sanity don't do it.
