This place is just terrible. I've been here for almost a year and since then I've seen a shooting, had to call the cops on my neighbors, seen the windows smashed out of the car next to mine, and have had to listen to yelling and stopming up and down the stairs every day at all hours of the night (and those are the least of my problems.) Management is horrible. They lie about everything. My floor was ripped up by one of the maintenance guys and they didn't come fix it for 8 months, despite my calls. You have to pay for ammenities that do not exist i.e. security (I have yet to see any of that) and a workout room that is only open during business hours unless you want to pay extra for a key, which may or may not be available for purchase. My friend, who also lives here, had maintenance come to fix something and they left her door unlocked with the key still in the outside lock, so that anyone could have gotten in and when we went to tell them they laughed it off. My advice is to pay more to live somewhere else. this place is not worth the headache.

Hey, I saw some things that were not right when I went to apply for an apartment there thats why I never moved there. My advice to you... When your lease is up move across the street to Mission Matthews Place. You'll absolutely love it!!!

I've lived here for 3 years. The last two months the maintenance sucks,the crime has gone up and the manager has an attitude that needs to be addressed. Totally incompetent office staff!!!I am never renewing my lease Go elsehere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't move to Mission Matthews Place. The rent is high for no reason. If you put in a maintanace request they will take 21 days to come and when you call about it they will tell you that you are not a priority. The girls at the office, especially Brianna, are not helpful. I'd say people just don't need to live on this area of independence.

I lived at Mission Matthews Place for a year and I wish could get that year back. The staff was awful to deal with and it took forever to get anything fixed...

This place is horrendous two of the maint. workers were arrested for selling drugs to residents. There are always fights and disturbances on the week-ends and the cops don't even come out most the time. This whole side of the city is --------.
