Not that bad

I have been living at this community for a while now. I think that it is not that bad. I do think that you get what you pay for. For the price I think this place is great. I have a huge apartment, and while I am personally not that fond of gas heat and stoves, I think that the space makes up for it. Yes, sometimes the gym or pool is not available when I want to use it. No, I am not that happy that the gates were taken out. But, I have seen improvement in the last year. The grounds look better and my repairs are completed pretty quickly when I call the office. I could probably get to know my neighbors a bit better, I think that would help with the noise that I hear sometimes. Overall, I would say that this place is not bad to live in. I have had several encounters with the office an maintanence staff, and while they cannot resolve everything I have ever asked, they have been willing and helpful and generally kind. I would recommend this place to someone who is looking for a decent place to live that can't afford to spend tons of money for extras.
