***This is detailed.***
I live in a 3 bedroom apt. Some things I agree with the others. Some things are different.
IT'S TRUE... (Bad stuff)
1. there are A LOT of car break-ins.
2. Parking can be HORRIBLE
3. People can be VERY loud. Fortunately, I live in a 3 bedroom, so less noise. But there are a lot of loud college students.
4. Fitness room is a joke. Only one treadmill, a chintzy stationary bike and a somewhat broke down weight machine.
The good stuff

1. The manager is nice. (The assistant manager more aloof.)
2. Maintenance responds quickly
3. Grounds look nice, (except for the massive amount of nasty cigarette butts in front of my apt.)
4. I think the 3 bdrm apts get new carpet every year
5. Nice on the inside (again the 3 bdrm apts)not "luxury" as they claim. Their slogan outside is "Luxury for Less".
Now it's certainly not "Less" either. 3 bdrm apts going to $820. You can find something better elsewhere. Overall, my stay here hasn't been that bad except for my
car window being busted and my car cd player being stolen. And had to complain twice about the loud, loud, loud college students above us. They're ok now.
***Bottom Line: If you want to spend that type of money on an apt, go elsewhere. If it were less, maybe more of a possibility.***
