Our year we stayed in this place was a nightmare. We complained to maintance about a few things when we moved in and they never fixed them. Car breakins occur nightly and they do not have a resource officer at this complex. Workout room is a joke. Pool is very small and always full of little kids. Apartment quality is very poor.. cheap appliances... Saftly is not very good.. A friend was help up at gunpoint in the parking lot. I recomened you spend the 45 more dollars a month and check out pavillion crossing down the rd.. They are alot better quality.

I've been at Pavillion Crossings for a while now and it is not any better. The parking issue is a nightmare. There are not enough spaces for visiters on the weekend and it caused a family member to be towed. Beyond the $135 towing fee, I was charged an additional amount for storage of the vehicle, since I wasnt aware of it being towed until late in the day... The cable and internet are restricted to a independent provider which charges much more then the standard Time Warner or Satellite packages. High speed internet with a cable modem is over $60 per month compared to the $29.99 offered by other providers. After questioning the cable provider on additional packages for months, I receive the same answer... 'we will be providing some new packages in the next month or two including HDTV and DVR'. I have heard that response since December of 2004 through April 2005. |
