From: sexxicollegemarine@yahoo.com Date posted: 11/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved into these apartments in Aug. of this year and found them to be quit nice for the area. Thoese who know the University area of Charlotte know that the majority of the people in this area are going to be colleged aged, and would usually expect a lot of noise. However, management does not tolerate disrespect in this form. After one warning, they will fine another resident. Parking is fine and in some areas assigned so this is never a problem. The apartments themself are very spacious and look good. The rent is also very affordable, and the management team here is extremly nice!! I reccomend these apartments to anyone looking to move to this area!!!
