My sister and I have a two bedroom apartment in this complex...definately not the place I would pick to live in if I wanted to pay more on rent, but for $672.00 we get everything we need. Spacious living room space, two full baths, two bedrooms, vaulted ceilings, back patio with great view and very close to everything.
The downfall would be crappy gym, I'm a gym freak and their treadmill is AWFUL...you will not be able to run on it.
The train that comes by is awful! But then again thats something you can't prevent...
Otherwise our neighbors are pretty quiet... no one complains about noise level in our area, but parking spaces in that corner is very limited and it sucks when you have to park very far from your complex.
