I would strongly suggest that you do not live there. It is not safe. The managers of the apartment complex has changed hands over and over. They are liers beyond anything that you could ever think. When I told them about the handle to the bedroom door was broken, they did nothing. So when I moved out, they charged me for a door that I informed them about when I moved in. Once I moved out on the day assigned, they charged me an addition $112.00 for rent when I did not reside there. I could not even come to an agreement with the Manager, she was the RUDEST person I have ever had to deal with. Again, I strongly suggest that you look for better service and if you do reside there document everything and have them sign it.
