BIG MISTAKE RENTING HERE! Think twice about renting at Mission Harris Pavilion. Management is ridiculously slow in making repairs. When the air conditioner stopped working, they don't even answer the phone when you call the office...AND YOU KNOW THAT THEY ARE IN THE OFFICE!. It's pathetic. Parking is insufficient. I agree with a previous tenant; DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! Whether they sign it or not, at least you will have some documentation. Better yet, make sure you take pictures or video tape if possible. In addition, they do not tell you about certain hidden fees and then they will lie about certain things that they tell you before you "sign on the dotted line". Plus, they failed to properly sign the documents during the time of signing the lease agreement. Unfortunately, I am still here, but I think it will be worth breaking this lease since they shamelessly misrepresent themselves. It is noisy and bird poop on the stairway is left there for days on end. The bathroom has cheap fixtures and the tub/shower is a cheap plastic that sounds like you just might fall through. I understand that there is sometimes a hot water tank leak or break and from the looks of this apartment, I see that this is true. It looks like it has flooded a time or two. Door locks are cheap and unsafe. Please keep looking - I am!
