Well here is the low down on the lexington on mallard creek. So far in six months i have been treated with a lot of respect by the staff. And in certain circumanstances they are willing to look out for you. The area has been for the most part a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the parking though could use some improvement if you get off after 6:00 you better rush home cause if you don't then you will have to walk quite a distance. But other than that, it's not so bad living here.

Very rude and undisaplined people live here. No one as any respect for their fellow neighboors, or even their selves. Car alarms going off at all times of the day. You can't even get to the recycling center because there is so much garbage in front of the entrance. Pool is not kept up on a daily basis. Garbage on the stairs all the time. Lawn mowing company comes at 6pm at night when you are trying to relax from your long day at work. Have been woken up in the middle of the night by people screaming in the middle of the parking are outside. People parking in the handicap parking without a handicap sticker. People making up parking places because they don't want to walk.
