After 2 years plus of living here, I would not recommend this place to a homeless person looking for somewhere to live. The leasing office is letting any and everybody move in, people fighting in the parking lot, and last night on 4/5/06, there were 2-3 shots that I heard fired right in front of my building! What happened to Deidra' This was the best property manager this place has had thus far. People look out and beware....hopefully as I was told earlier this morning, there will be the "Promised" courtesy officer, in and out of uniform that will be within the property....well isn't there a Sheriff in the building next door anymore' Guess he couldn't and wouldn't take it either...Management say everyone has the same leasing requirements, but this is pretty hard to believe, being that a few of my neighbors have done loans with me and the company I work for, and I have seen credit scores lower than 500!

I was not there that night, but my roommate remembers hearing the shootings outside!

Look on cmpd.org which is the Charlotte police department site. Go to "crime mapping" than enter the address of this complex. It shows 2 murders occurred here this year and 3 rapes.
