This apartment complex looks very nice from the road, its kept well and fairly new buildings. Its just in a very bad location, sugar creek and derida are just up the road, there are a lot of people just hanging around at night. The parking lot isn't well lit. Things that were promised to be fixed at the time of my move in date were never fixed. One of the first nights I was staying in my apartment the people above me let their dog out on their porch to relieve himself so to speak and he did it right on my head, now if that's not gross I dont know what is. I know that we live in Charlotte and it isn't safe anywhere but if I would have known I would have felt this uneasy living here I would have moved elsewhere. This isn't that bad of an apartment complex you just can't help but to get a little scared at night considering the area.
