I stumbled upon this site today and was reading the comments. I have already signed my lease and will be moving in with in the next week. In reference to the individual that stating that they make up fees- I specifically remember them going over what i will have to pay if I'm late, if they have to file for eviction and if I leave trash outside my door. I would also like to know how the are skimming off the top- they don't take cash (I tried to pay my application and security deposit with cash and was told that it had to be money order or check and the money order was made out to the apartment community not anyone in the office).
